Inspections & Online Reporting
FPS Integrated Services create inspections based on client specifications and the specific requirements of each facility. They are completed and uploaded immediately to a secure client website.
All inspection results are available online immediately after completion.
Clients have secure login access to review cleaning inspections, future work orders, and periodic work. Clients are able to submit messages to the Project manager to raise any issues through CleanTelligent™ system.
All responsible personnel are notified immediately. If client has received no response, messages are sent to management to be rectified promptly.
Once a message has been submitted to FPS Integrated Services the following happens:
- Your message is documented, dated and time stamped
- Email notifications are immediately sent out to those responsible.
- Response times are tracked, and escalation to upper management begins
- We respond to your message
- You receive an email notification of our response
- Resolution of your message is assigned
- Updates are logged as progress is made
- You receive email notifications of our updates
- We track your message to those services we are obligated to perform
- Performance is graphed
- Trends are tracked
- Corrective training is implemented
- Improvement is expected and further analysed
- Accountability is maintained
Once a detailed onsite inspection is completed the following happens:
- Our inspection is uploaded to CleanTelligent website
- Notification emails of deficiencies are sent to our cleaners and upper management
- Inspection deficiency sign off reports are printed
- Correction of deficiencies are completed and signed off by the cleaner and Quality Control Personnel
- Correction is documented
- Performance is graphed
- Corrective training is implemented
- Accountability is maintained
- Improvement is expected and is further analysed
